Before you book
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes. We ask what you run and what you cannot currently answer, then walk the platform against that. If you are able to connect a read-only source before or during the call, we work on your own numbers rather than a demo account, which is considerably more useful.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. It helps if you can name the AI providers and tools you pay for, but the usual answer is that nobody is certain, and that is a normal starting point rather than a problem.
Who should be on the call?
Whoever has to explain the AI number. Usually finance or FP&A, often with an engineering or platform lead. Both perspectives make the session more productive, but neither is required.
Will you need production access?
No. Everything is read-only billing and usage access, and nothing is required for the call itself. See the security page for what a real connection involves.
