It should cost a fraction of what it finds.
A flat platform fee, banded by AI spend under management. Unlimited users, no per-seat charge, and no percentage of savings.
How much does Camaze cost?
Camaze is priced as a flat monthly platform fee, banded by how much AI spend is under management, with unlimited users on every tier. There is no per-seat charge and no percentage of savings. Most companies find they can get the same AI output for roughly half the cost. The intent of the pricing is that the fee is a small fraction of the savings at every band.

Dollar figures on this page are placeholders. Tier structure, bands and feature allocation are real.
The fee is the smallest number on the page.
Value framing on a cost management tool is unusually simple, because the return is denominated in the same units as the price.
The savings
Most companies find they can get the same AI output for roughly half the cost. On any band in the table above, the fee is a small fraction of that. This is the whole argument, and it is checkable against your own numbers in the first week rather than taken on trust.
The incident you catch on day 5
A single retry loop caught on day 5 instead of day 31 frequently covers a year of platform fee on its own. Most companies have at least one of these in their last twelve months, and it usually surfaces during the first session.
The budget that does not get frozen
The largest cost of unexplained AI spend is not the inefficiency. It is the AI work that gets capped because nobody could defend the number. That one is harder to quantify and it is usually the biggest.
Estimate your savings first.
Enter your monthly AI spend and provider count. You will get a range in about a minute, which is the right way to size whether this is worth a conversation.
On every tier, including Core.
Unlimited users
Every budget owner, analyst, engineering lead and executive who needs a view gets one. Distribution is what makes the numbers work.
Unlimited sources
Connect as many providers, tools and cloud accounts as you have. Adding a source mid-term costs nothing.
Twelve months backfilled
History loads on connection, so the first view is a trend rather than an empty chart waiting to fill up.
Read-only access
Nothing that can spend money, change a deployment or read your prompts and completions.
Implementation support
Connection and the mapping session are part of onboarding on Core and Scale, not a separate line.
The savings ledger
The optimization findings are not an upsell. They are the reason the platform exists.
Pricing questions
How is pricing structured?
A flat platform fee, banded by how much AI spend is under management. It does not change with the number of users, so nobody has to decide whether a budget owner is worth a seat, and it is not a percentage of savings, so there is no incentive to inflate what gets counted as a saving.
Why band pricing by AI spend?
Because it tracks both the value and the work. A company spending three hundred thousand a month has more sources, more workloads and more to optimize than one spending twenty thousand, and it gets proportionally more out of the platform.
The band is set on spend under management at the start of a term and reviewed at renewal, not adjusted mid-term as your usage grows.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every budget owner, FP&A analyst, engineering lead and executive who needs a view gets one. Per-user pricing on a tool whose value depends on distribution is self-defeating.
Do you take a percentage of savings?
No. Success-fee pricing creates an incentive to classify as much as possible as a saving and to favor findings that are easy to claim over findings that are large. A flat fee keeps our reporting on realized savings honest, which matters more than the pricing model.
Is there a free trial?
We run a paid pilot rather than a self-serve trial, because the value depends on a mapping session and real connected data. A pilot is a fixed term, at the price of your band, with the first pass on your own spend and an itemized savings list at the end of it. If it does not identify materially more than it costs, that is a clear signal.
What is the contract length?
Annual is standard, with monthly available at a higher rate. Enterprise agreements are negotiated. There is no charge for connecting additional sources during a term.
What does implementation cost?
Nothing on Core and Scale. Connection is read-only credentials and the mapping session is part of onboarding. Enterprise deployments with custom allocation rules or private connectivity may carry a scoped implementation fee, agreed in advance.
