Who we are
Camaze, Inc. operates Camaze, a platform that reports and analyzes what a company spends on AI. Entity details and registered address are placeholders pending incorporation details.
What we collect
Customer cost and usage data
When you connect a source, we collect billing and usage records: spend per provider and period, request and token counts, model and deployment identifiers, key and project identifiers, seat assignment and activity dates, and cloud cost records for GPU compute. We also store the org structure mapping you provide.
We do not collect prompt content, completion content, embeddings, documents, model weights, code, or your customers' personal data. See the security page for the full boundary.
Account data
Name, work email, company and role for the people who use the platform, plus authentication and access logs.
Website data
Standard server logs, and privacy-preserving aggregate analytics with no cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share data with advertising networks.
Information you send us
Anything you submit through the demo form or by email: name, work email, company, company size, role, the providers you use and your message.
Why we collect it
- To operate the service you are paying for: attribution, alerting, forecasting and optimization
- To support your account and respond to your requests
- To secure the service and investigate abuse
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not use your cost and usage data to train models, and we do not pool it into any cross-customer dataset or benchmark without an explicit, separately agreed opt-in.
Who we share it with
Subprocessors we rely on to run the service, such as cloud hosting, error monitoring and email delivery. A current subprocessor list is available from privacy@camaze.com. We do not sell personal data.
We may disclose data where legally required. Where we are permitted to notify you first, we will.
How long we keep it
Cost and usage data is retained for the life of your account and deleted within 30 days of termination, or sooner on request. Backups age out on their own documented schedule. Account and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Where it is stored
In managed cloud infrastructure in the United States by default, encrypted at rest and in transit. Regional data residency is available on Enterprise agreements.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@camaze.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This is a business product. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
